- Veno-Venous (VV) ECMO: Severe ARDS, hypoxaemic failure, patient selection, and lung rest ventilation.
- Veno-Arterial (VA) ECMO: Refractory cardiogenic shock, cardiac arrest (E-CPR), and left ventricular venting.
- Cannulation & Circuit Mechanics: Cannula selection, membrane oxygenator mechanics, and anticoagulation management.
- Multisystem POCUS: Integrated lung ultrasound (BLUE protocol), optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD), and DVT screening.
- Complication Management: Recirculation, thrombosis, bleeding, differential hypoxaemia, and weaning protocols.
